Nimesh Soni is awesome!
His Advanced Certified ScrumMaster course was actually a small group coaching during weekends, with the majority of time focused on real scenarios and how to deal with them, which is very suitable for CSMs who are facing real issues during daily work and seeking for advice.
Got a lot of 1:1 coaching and Q&A time too. I also found this course helpful to inspire the group to research more Agile frameworks and methodologies, such as SAFe, Kanban, etc. [Original LI post]
This past month I had the opportunity to become a Certified Scrum Product Owner and it was all thanks to our instructor Nimesh Soni.
The course was engaging, insightful, and I acquired a lot of useful skills.
He made the course seem less like a class and more of a discussion, where my peers and I were able to pick his brain and get the most out of the experience.
This is one more valuable skill added to my toolbox and I will be sure to use it in the future.
Thanks, Nimesh Soni for the great series of classes on Agile Team Facilitation (ICAgile ICP-ATF), all of which were super applicable to my day-to-day work life. With this last prerequisite, I’m feeling ready to tackle the Expert Agile Coaching certification soon! [Original LI post]
My agile journey began with Nimesh Soni who is an amazing facilitator, mentor, great coach and above all extremely knowledgeable in the agile environment.
He made CSPO training more hands-on with real-life scenarios and pragmatic.
Through his excellent guidance and coaching, I am now a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance. Hurray!
I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to embark on an agile journey to become a Product Owner or Scrum Master or even a Certified Trainer and Coach. [Original LI post]
Nimesh is an excellent Agile trainer. Not only is he an expert at Agile Framework, but he was also able to demonstrate/transform by giving his real-life experience in ways that were engaging and were very informative.
I would highly recommend his training workshops.
