Hypothesis Statement
Write up at least one hypothesis statement for the product/MVP you have identified.
Scenario: Priya is not responding
Priya works as a team lead on a very important and key initiative for the company. She has missed key deadlines recently. Add to the insult, she has not given any explanation for the misses nor any apology.
She has missed two follow up RCA meetings that we scheduled. And, now, she has not responded to our last two emails.
- What is your decision about her? How would you proceed?
- What factors drive your decision?
Watch this video [Ladder of Inference] after you have completed the above exercise.
After watching this video,
- Would you change your decision?
- Would you change your approach, your process as to how you got to your decision?
